Choose your pallet
Pick Small, Medium, or Large. We send reusable Palit totes, sized so they stack neatly on your own pallet.

Pack and catalog your belongings
Pack at your own pace. Name each box and list what's inside in your digital storage room. Photos are optional.

Schedule a pickup
Choose a time. We collect your boxes, stack them on your own 48 × 40 in pallet, and store it.

Request anything back whenever you need it
Search your inventory, tap FETCH on any box, and we bring it back. Retrieval is priced separately.

What can't I store?
Please don't send hazardous materials (flammables, chemicals, paint, propane), perishable food, firearms or ammunition, cash and irreplaceable valuables, or anything alive, including plants and pets. We'll publish the complete list of prohibited items before launch.
How much can each box weigh?
Up to lb per box, so a full tote stays manageable for you and for us. Each tote measures × × in.
How does retrieval work, and what does it cost?
Open your digital storage room, find the box you want, and tap FETCH. Retrieval is a separate service and isn't included in your subscription. At launch pricing it's per trip plus for each additional box on the same trip. Getting your whole pallet back is .
Retrieval is box-level only. We can't pull a single item out of a box, which is why cataloging your boxes helps. Fees are launch pricing and subject to change.
Can I add more boxes later?
Yes. You can move up to a bigger package, and if you outgrow Large you can add another pallet. We're finalizing exactly how upgrades work before launch and will spell it out clearly.

Are my things insured?
Coverage details are coming before launch. We'll publish exactly what is and isn't covered before we accept any orders. Until then, please don't assume your belongings are covered, and check what your own renter's or homeowner's policy says about items in storage.
Totes or cardboard boxes?
Both. Reusable Palit totes come with every plan. For items that don't fit a tote, we also plan to offer optional cardboard specialty boxes as add-ons: a wardrobe box, a picture and mirror box, and a small box. Custom mixes with wardrobe and specialty boxes are coming soon.
Can I cancel anytime? How do I get everything back?
You can cancel anytime. When you do, we return your whole pallet ( at launch pricing). Final terms for annual plans will be confirmed before launch.
